About Us

Tucson Arizona is the home of Foolish Pleasure hot air balloon rides. Dan Ewer, a native Tucsonan, spent a couple of years crewing for other balloons before Dan decided to buy a hot air balloon of his own. Dan furthered his interest by acquiring his FAA private pilots' license. He then continued his education by acquiring his FAA commercial pilots license. Dan enjoys hot air ballooning so much that he decided to offer his love of the sport to the public in hopes of sharing the freedom and beauty of flight at an affordable price.

Dan is also a FAA qualified instructor and can offer the education necessary to become a hot air balloon pilot.​
